Every client celebration under one roof.
Sealed is where a planner runs the invitation side of every event they manage — bilingual sites guests open straight from WhatsApp, RSVP numbers you read at a glance, and a clean handoff to the couple when your work is done.
From your house style to the couple's keys.
Start every client from your house style.
Duplicate any site you've built: the template, the palette, the wording in both languages, and the shape of the event days carry over — along with your own checklist. Names, photos, and dates start clean for the next couple.

Read the whole season at a glance.
One workspace holds every client site. For each one you see invited, confirmed headcount, pending replies, days to the event, and checklist progress. And once a day, one digest email — new RSVPs since yesterday, tasks newly overdue, the events of the next seven days — sent only when there is something to say.

Bring your team in with one invite.
Invite an assistant to the workspace once and they can work on every client site in it — including the ones you add next season. Revoke the seat and access ends that instant.
One workspace, three kinds of access.
- Editor
- View-only
- Check-in
Hand the couple the keys when the work is done.
During planning, the couple can follow along with view-only access, and you can pull a bilingual status report — the RSVP funnel, headcounts per event, meal totals — with the topline numbers ready to send over WhatsApp in one tap. After the celebration, transfer the site to them outright: it becomes theirs to keep, and you stay on as an editor for the wrap-up.
The tools that come with the workspace.
- Portfolio dashboardInvited, confirmed, response rate, and a 14-day momentum view across every event.
- House-style duplicateClone a proven event's design and copy into a fresh draft in seconds.
- Team seats & rolesWorkspace-wide editors, plus per-event view-only and check-in-only seats.
- Ownership handoffTransfer a finished event to the couple and stay on as an editor.
- Vendor directoryKeep each client's vendor roster in one place and message any of them on WhatsApp in one tap.
- Printable run sheetA day-of run-of-show per event with venue, headcounts, meal totals, and vendor contacts.
- Shareable RSVP reportA numbers-only status report — funnel, per-event headcount, meal totals — to print or send. No guest names leave.
- Live stream & CSV exportWatch responses land in real time and export the full guest list to a spreadsheet.
Bilingual to the last word, right-to-left and back.
Every client site, the planner digest, the brand footer, and the status reports ship in both English and Arabic — RTL-native layouts and Modern Standard Arabic, not a translated interface. The kind of polish guests notice and incumbents skip.

One site, both directions.
Multi-day weddings are first-class, not an add-on.
Engagement, church ceremony, reception — collect RSVPs per event and report headcount per event, with each event keeping its own guest list and visibility. The run sheet and report follow the same per-event shape.

Reach guests where they already are.
WhatsApp is the channel guests in the region already live in — open rates above 90% for opted-in messages are commonly reported across MENA. Today you can share a site or a status summary over WhatsApp in one tap; broadcast templates arrive once Meta activation is complete.
Open your invitation and reply inside — it only takes a tap.
Your name on the work — honestly.
Your workspace carries your brand kit — your logo, your name in Arabic and English, your contact details — and the invitation and reminder emails guests receive for your clients are signed with a line of your brand. The invitation site itself belongs to the celebration: the couple's names, their design, never our billboard. At most, one quiet "Made with Sealed" line sits in the footer — and it can be switched off.
And what we haven't built yet, we'd rather tell you than have you discover: no custom domains today, and no fully white-labeled app. If your studio needs more than this, say so in the walkthrough — planner feedback is what orders that roadmap.
Planner questions, answered plainly.
Your studio brand shows in your dashboard and on the invitation and reminder emails your clients' guests receive. The public invitation site stays the couple's own — there are no custom domains and no fully white-labeled guest app today. We'd rather be clear about that than have you find out later.
Start with your next client.
Create a workspace, set up your first site, and hand it to the couple when the work is done. Planner pricing is not a published table yet — if you need numbers first, write to us and we will tell you plainly where it stands.
