Refund Policy

When you can get your money back, and how to ask.

The rule

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the site has not been published. Once published, no refund, except where the law requires it. WhatsApp add-on packs are refundable only while no message has been sent.

What "published" means

A paid tier makes your site publicly viewable. Until you publish it, your site stays a private draft that only you can preview — nothing has been delivered yet. The 14-day window closes the moment you publish, because that is when the service you paid for has actually been provided.

How to ask

Send us a message from the contact page with your site name. You do not need to send the transaction number again — we already have the one you entered when you reported your payment. Approved refunds are sent back within 14 days through the same service you paid with.

Your statutory rights

In the EU and UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; for digital services, that right ends once we start providing the service with your express consent. You give that consent, and acknowledge losing the right, by ticking the box when you request a paid plan; the service starts when that plan is activated. In Lebanon, consumer-protection law gives you rights around cancelling online purchases. In Australia, our service comes with consumer guarantees that this policy does not limit. Nothing here reduces any right the law gives you where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the law requires. Meaningful changes are announced the same way as changes to our Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
